Dividend policy

Source: company website, April 2018

At least 80 % of the sum of the corrected result and the net gains on the realisation of property assets not exonerated from the distribution obligation must be distributed by the RREC. The debt decrease during the period can however be deducted from the amount to be distributed.

Since 2011, the Board of Directors offers the ordinary as well as the preference shareholders the choice between:

  • The payment of the dividend in new ordinary shares,
  • The payment of the dividend in cash, or
  • A combination of these two payment modalities.
