De Raad van Bestuur van Ageas zal tijdens de jaarlijkse Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders op 16 mei 2018 in Brussel een brutocashdividend van EUR2,10 per aandeel voorstellen. Dit vertegenwoordigt een pay-out ratio van 42% van het nettoresultaat Verzekeringen en is een stijging van 24% op het dividend van vorig jaar, exclusief de uitzonderlijke EUR 0,40 gelinkt aan de verkoop van de activiteiten in Hongkong. Inclusief deze uitzonderlijke component, blijft het brutodividend stabiel. De ex-dividenddatum is 28 mei 2018 en de betaling van het dividend is gepland voor 30 mei 2018.

De Raad van Bestuur van Ageas zal tijdens de jaarlijkse algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders op 17 mei 2017 in Brussel een brutodividend in contanten van EUR 2,10 per aandeel voorstellen. Dit brutodividend omvat een regulier deel van EUR 1,70 dat verband houdt met het nettoresultaat Verzekeringen en dit in vergelijking met EUR 1,65 in 2015, en een uitzonderlijk deel van EUR 0,4 voor de meerwaarde op de verkoop in Hongkong.

"Ageas intends to pay a regular annual dividend in cash, based on the group net result. Ageas aims a dividend distribution ratio of at least 50% of the Group net result. The exact percentage will depend on the circumstances at the time, and in particular on developments as regards the growth plans and the resources available to finance them."
